Isaac Newton - The Laws of Gravity and the Calculus

Newton only scraped through Cambridge University obtaining the lowest BA degree that one could get and where he lost his Groats (in other words his examination deposit). This was highly frowned upon at the time and he was seen as a failure where little was thought that he would ever become a person of any merit. But access to Cambridge allowed his personal thoughts to flourish, but as a young academic, Newton was a poor scholar. So history has taught us that we have never to disregard anyone, for they may also be a modern-day Newton also.
