Nearly all sponsorship photographs have been received from the Members who are contributing to the powerful Sponsorship Documents. These are predominantly the Institution’s great scientists and engineers. Proofs for acceptance and comment will hopefully be despatched in the November/December 1998. As Executive, Associate and Honorary Members will know, the Institution's Sponsorship Documents/Public/Corporate Membership Documents are presently being prepared for circulation in the early part of 1999. Most of the Institution's scientists and engineers are contributing by allowing their photograph to form a part of the documents. These include many of the world's greatest figures in the history of 20th century human endeavour. Proofs for acceptance and comment will be despatched to all contributing Members with the December edition of Scientific Discovery allowing Members to study the document contents over the Christmas and New Year period. Once completed the Sponsorship Documents will form one of the most powerful creative documents ever devised by mankind and will inspire all that believe in the creative force of scientific discovery. The Institution is uniquely honoured in this respect in having probably the world's greatest living scientist in Nobel Laureate Glenn T Seaborg as it's President and Professor John Argyris debatably the world's greatest living engineer today as it's Chairman of Trustees.
